David A. Bacharach

David A. Bacharach grew up listening to the process serving stories of his father and uncle. After graduating from Binghamton University- State University of New York (B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law, concentration in Business), ‘David A.’ decided it was time to create an interesting story of his own. Before opening his own boutique office, Mr.Bacharach spent many years out in the field, as one of the select servers for the well known and respected "Serving By Irving, Inc." (Process Serving & Private Investigation Company). In that time, Mr.Bacharach: Served papers, day and night, in the toughest housing projects New York City has to offer. Served papers on some of the most elusive and well-protected individuals. The type of people who believe that their doorman, buildings, gated houses or secured communities can shield them from their legal responsibilities. Served famous individuals whom you have probably seen on TV or read about in the Business or Entertainment sections of the newspaper. Has been in car chases, been threatened with physical harm and has had the police called on him numerous times (doing whatever it takes, WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF THE LAW, to get the job done). Since opening The Office of David A. Bacharach, Mr.Bacharach has worked hard to assemble the best team of Process Serving / Legal Support SpecialistsTM in the business. Though usually busy "behind the scenes" these days, 'David A.' makes it a point to continue working out in the field, from times to time, to keep abreast of the challenges that face his team of Specialists every day. Professional/Personal Association and Memberships: Mr.Bacharach is a former Director, on the Board of Directors, for the New York State Professional Process Servers Association (NYSPPSA). He also maintains membership in many other professional associations, including the New York State Professional Process Servers Association (NYSPPSA), the National Association of Professional Process Servers NAPPS), the International Process Servers Association (IPSA), the Society of Professional Investigators (SPI) and the National Notary Association (NNA). David A. Bacharach is a proud “Big Brother” with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. He also completed a term as a member of the New York City Neighborhood Advisory Board - NAB Bronx #8.
